Flourish Collective Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flourish Collective, we pour significant heart and resources into preparing our sensory-rich workshops and pop-up classes. Because our programs often have limited capacity and require specialized materials, we have established the following guidelines:

1. Pop-Up Classes & Workshops

  • Cancellations by Participant:

    • More than 48 hours’ notice: You are eligible for a full credit toward a future workshop or a refund minus a small administrative processing fee.

    • Less than 48 hours’ notice: We are unable to offer refunds or credits as materials have already been prepared and your spot could have been filled by another family.

  • "No-Shows": Registration fees for missed classes without prior notification are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Program Cancellations by Flourish Collective

If we must cancel a workshop due to weather (for outdoor horticulture/nature sessions), low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information provided at registration.

  • You will receive the choice of a full refund or a full credit toward a future session.

3. Donations and Sponsorships

  • General Donations: In accordance with non-profit industry standards, all voluntary donations made to Flourish Collective are non-refundable.

  • Sponsorships: Business and individual sponsorships are considered final once the agreement is signed and funds are received. If an event is canceled, Flourish Collective will work with sponsors to ensure their contribution is recognized at a future date or redirected to a comparable program.

4. Exceptional Circumstances & "Grace Credits"

We understand that life, especially within the neurodiverse community, can be unpredictable. To support our families while maintaining the sustainability of our programs, Flourish Collective offers a "Grace Credit" policy:

  • Annual Allotment: Each participant is eligible for two (2) Grace Credits per calendar year.

  • How it Works: A Grace Credit allows you to transfer your registration fee to a future workshop or pop-up class in the event of a last-minute emergency or health-related crisis (less than 48 hours’ notice).

  • Exceeding Allotment: Once both annual Grace Credits have been utilized, any subsequent last-minute cancellations will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable to help us cover our prepared material and staffing costs.

  • The "Pay It Forward" Option: If you are unable to attend and have exhausted your Grace Credits, you may choose to convert your registration fee into a tax-deductible donation to our sensory garden fund. We will gladly provide a donation receipt upon request.

5. How to Request a Refund or Credit

All requests must be submitted in writing to info@growatflourishco.org. Please include the participant's name, the date of the workshop, and the reason for the request.
